Description

The grapes come from two vineyards in the Barossa; the sites vary considerably, but all add their own dimension to the overall flavour profile. Gnarly old Semillon vines from Eden Valley produce some of the Barossa’s most wonderful wines, these seniors are super dependable, self‐regulating and steady ‐ the fruit is always outstanding. Sauvignon Blanc from the Barossa floor is full of flavour and adds a sense of fun and zip, complimenting the Semillon wonderfully.
This is a wine with both a serious and fun side. The wine reflects a bubbly yet sophisticated personality, lovely white flower perfume with a fresh lemon panna cotta and lychee palate, a zippy wine that offers length and texture. Think freshly cut hay and gardenias, fun and sophistication.
