Description

Deep, intense colour, this wine has strong lifted complex fruit characters of mint and green leaf, with ripe Black current and Capsicum on nose and palate. Full-flavoured, attractive sweet berry, further complexed with integrated oak character of cashew nut,  vanilla and tobacco. Well balanced, with great flavour length. This wine can be enjoyed now, and will also reward careful cellaring for at least five years. Well suited and complimentary to strong food dishes such as beef and game meats.
